Because We Know You’ll Love It (But Just in Case…)

We take pride in curating the best of the best—so when your new furniture arrives, we encourage you to give it a once-over, a twirl, maybe even a gentle caress. (We don’t judge.)

If your piece arrives with any unexpected battle scars from shipping, contact us immediately so we can make it right. Your item is insured for the full purchase price, and we’ll work quickly to remedy the situation.

If your piece arrives and, against all odds, it’s just not vibing with your space (which, let’s be real, is highly unlikely), we do accept returns within 24 hours of delivery—but there are a couple of things to note:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. (If your cat has already declared dominance by turning the armrest into a scratching post, it’s officially yours.)
  • Returns on items that have been damaged while in your care will not be accepted.

To keep things smooth, please inspect your piece upon delivery and before use. If anything seems amiss, let us know right away, and we’ll take care of it.
