This chair is incredible. Designed by Vladimir Kagan for Vladimir Kagan Designs, this crescent chair is about as luxurious and beautiful as it gets. Completely overhauled and upholstered in a thick, high-pile, sherpa style boucle and wrapped in the most high-quality Italian black leather hide, this chair is great design at its best. Equal parts gorgeous and comfortable, this chair begs to be touched, sat in, and enjoyed.
This Kagan crescent chair not only swivels, but also is on caster wheels to effortlessly move around the room-- which is great, because this chair is quite heavy and substantial.
This chair would look incredible matched with other Vladimir Kagan pieces, like a cloud or serpentine sofa. We currently have this chair in the gallery alongside a Kagan cloud sofa, a Paul Evans credenza and an Edward Wormley, Dunbar coffee table; and not only does this piece make a statement, it steals the show. With its tuxedo type upholstery, it has Gianfranco Frattini Italian, Memphis Milano and both postmodern and mid century modern vibes that can effortlessly flex into any contemporary environment.
